The horizontal axis braiders of the 140 series represent the best solutions for several applications, due to their particular construction and to the wide number and type of carriers available. As a matter of fact, the 140 can be employed for the braiding of a wide variety of wire and textile products. It is the versatility of this machine that makes it so appealing.

The best feature of the 140 is the outstanding compromise between speed and carrier capacity that allows for high production rates, low number of bobbin changes and reduced machine downtime.

The electronic control for quick machine setup and the three different type of textile and wire carriers that can be installed on the same base, without any mechanical modification, make it the most versatile braider on the market. One of the main features of the horizontal axis 140 braiders is the special design of the rotor group, assembled on sealed bearings. The design allows for high production averages with a rotors speed of 250 RPM.

The compact layout of the braiders is also a great advantage because of the small amount of floor space required.
