The 190 braiders are specifically designed for braiding of high-tensile and stainless steel, copper wire, as well as, textile and composite fibers. The solid frame construction, the high quality of the materials and the efficient automatic oil pump lubrication system permit the highest output with the lowest operational cost.

The 190 horizontal braiders include, by request, a unique and fully automatic system for wire-braided socks on rigid mandrel. This system, particularly suitable for the manufacturing of stainless steel reinforced corrugated hoses, combines the electronic control SIAX 51 and a new automatic rigid mandrel retraction device.

  • Independently driven capstan or Haul -off extraction systems, electronically synchronized with the deck.
  • Induction hardened braiding plate and track.
  • Heat-treated horn gear and horn gear shaft
  • Gears and horn gears connected by the high torque, multiple spline OMA system
  • Induction hardened steel carrier feet and base
  • Special rotor assembly on sealed bearings
  • AC motor drive with frequency converter for speed adjustment
  • Overload motor protection
  • Line Forward/Reward jog and capstan Forward/Reward jog
  • Automatic machine shut off for broken end, empty bobbin, empty supply spool, inner core run out
  • Integrated soundproofing cabinet
  • Free standing motorized Pay-off and motorized Take-up for up to 2500 mm reels.
