High Productivity textile spiral
winder suitable for rubber hose and plastic
tube reinforcing, manufacturing of electrical
cable and other special applications.
Thanks to a
technologically advanced design of the rotor
and yarn tension control system, the machine
can run a wide range of textile yarns and
composite fibers such as polyester, nylon,
polypropylene, aramide and fiberglass.
The rotor is an
aerodynamic structure without protrusions,
that allows for an easy positioning of the
spools and high rotation speeds in a range
of 700 RPM to 1200 RPM.
The
spiral winder 3KT SPRC is supplied with the
electronic axis control type SIAX 300 for
immediate pitch adjustment and machine
parameters setting.

Technical
features:

turning in opposite directions at
variable speed.
- Rotors assembled on the
same structural frame by means of
high speed self lubricated bearings.
- The rotors basic
structure is a single piece aluminium
casting in which the spools
housings’ arrangement follows a
circular pattern.
- Each rotor is controlled
by an independent threephase
asynchronous A.C. motor. The motor
has a forced ventilation system and
is supplied complete of encoder for
vectorial’s velocity
verification.
- Rotors speed adjustable
by potentiometer
- Each rotor is equipped
with a pneumatic emergency brake to
stop the machine in case of emergency
stop.
- For emergency stop
purposes only, the line stops
immediately (4/5 seconds).
- During ramping time the
line always keeps the synchronisation
of speeds and spiralling pitch.
- The rotors are provided
with a selector to disengage the
brake and manually jog forward and
reward.
- Rotors are sheltered by
a metal support as an additional
safety protection.
- The rotors and the
extraction unit (Haul-Off) are
electronically synchronised by
electronic axis control type SIAX
300.It guarantees a complete and
accurate synchronization of the line
speed based on the verification of
the speeds of each
individual axis
- Each axis can be engaged
or disengaged as well as the rotation
of each group of rotors can be
changed according to specs
- Automatic detection of
yarn break or bobbin exhaustion by
photoelectric eye connected to the
PLC.
- The spool holder located
inside the housing, consists of a
mechanical mandrel with 3 protracting
blades to hold the spool in place
- Yarns tensioning by
multiple passages on ceramic
bushings.
- Tension adjustable from
20 to 300 gr. - Tension adjustments
are possible only with the unit
stopped.
