The automatic bobbin winders
type BTA 2/300 are particularly fit to
execute high-quality parallel winding of
steel, aluminium, copper wires and
textile fibres at full-speed.
The wide range of
models, the BTA 2/300 ME has been added
to recently, allows to fully meet any
production requirements choosing the most
suitable model to one’s needs.
The new model type
BTA 2/300 ME, thanks to its various and
technologically advanced control systems,
is not easily matched by other winders in
terms of winding quality and speed.
In fact the new and
specifically developed computerised
numerical control type SIAX 300 of the
BTA 2/300 ME allows the rapid input of
operational parameters such as bobbin
dimensions, wires diameter, number of
ends, winding length and speed.
Besides, this new
computerised numerical control type SIAX
300 permits not only to wind wires either
at a constant or variable linear speed,
but also to select double or single wires
binding, either at the beginning and the
end of the winding process, or just at
the end.
Thanks to its
accurate and rapid electronic traverse
unit, the new BTA 2/300 ME can reach the
maximum speeds, up to 6000 RPM, assuring
a high-quality winding at any speed,
automatically adjusting the traverse
reverse time to the desired winding
speed.
The new BTA 2/300
ME is equipped with special sleeves to
retain wires at the beginning of the
winding process in order to avoid the
formation of a tail of wires jutting out
from the bobbin flanges.
All models of the
BTA 2/300 series share the pneumatic
management of bobbin change and wires
cutting by special high-durability
shears. Besides, they can be equipped for
bobbin collection either with specific
containers or mobile channels further
optimising the bobbin winding process.
BTA types are
compliant with the EC rules N° 89/392
for safety and noise and are marketed
with an EC plate.
