Pay-off unit type "derouler" for steel, stainless steel and aluminium wires

Technical notes:

  • Bobbin flange dia 250mm - ins. width 160mm outside width 186mm - BP 60 bobbin
  • Max. bobbin weight 30 kg.
  • Number of unwinding stations: to be agree
  • Mechanical brake pad controlled by dancer arm on which are located multiple rollers to allow wire accumulation to increase brake tension sensibility and control.
  • Tension arm adjustable by single compression spring from 0.7 to 1.5 kg.
  • No tools required for tension adjustment.
  • Individual wire breaks detectors.
