OPERATING
FEATURES
The
machine line Fusta has been specifically engineered
to improve the coiling of flexible single polarity
cables into cardboard drums to get the maximum
capacity granting a perfect controlled cable coiling
at high speed.
The
particular cable coiling-patterns allow also to
uncoil the cable at high speed without incurring in
knots problems. It can be employed to fill-up drums
either for sales, reducing packing problems and
shipping cost or as service drum to intermediate
production stages as an alternative to the reels.
The
cable can be coiled either coming from reel
(rewinding) or directly from the extruder. The
coilers Fusta include automatic drum
loading/unloading and cable cutting system. For a
complete automatic changeover it can be completed
with a palletizing system. The lines include several
models for various drum size to perfectly match any
production needs.
