OMA is without any doubts one of the few machinery
manufacturer that can offer a piece of equipment like
the automatic hose panning system PAD 2400.
This unit was specifically developed for improving
the concept of “continuous production
flow” , allowing for the automatic “in
line” deposition of extruded rubber hose on to
aluminum pans.
The system ,controlled by PLC, is composed by
the following devices:
two lateral conveyor belts, controlled by dancer
arm, for the delivery of the hose on to the
pan.
two rotating trolleys that hold the pan during
deposition. The trolleys also slide alternatively to
the loading/unloading station.
A pneumatic cutting unit
The level of sophistication of the PAD 2400, permits
a perfect synchronization of the machine devices and
allows for the highest standards of in line
processing.
The PAD 2400 can also be integrated with automatic
loading/unloading arms for the expedite processing of
the product in the manufacturing area.
OMA has realized several systems of this kind, based
on the interface of the panning equipment with
the loading/unloading arms and other devices
part of the manufacturing process.
